Terms of Service

StationLog is a personal railway station tracking app available at stationlog.co.uk. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use StationLog. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use someone else's account. Please let us know immediately at ross@stationlog.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

You own the photos, videos, and notes you upload to StationLog. By uploading them, you grant us a limited licence to store and display them to you within the app. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with others.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you upload does not violate the rights of others (e.g. copyright in photographs taken by someone else).

We provide StationLog on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. Station data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Live departure data is provided by Realtime Trains and is subject to their availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, StationLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed journeys, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of StationLog after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
